This mission has been commanded by the local Municipality and it includes the modification of the Local Development and Structural Plans within the limits authorised by the Simplified Administrative Procedure, in regard to the Rákospalota-Pestújhely-Újpalota area.

Expansion of the infant school Nyitnikék in Budapest
To the request of the Municipality of Pesterzsébet (20th district of Budapest) our office has prepared the Planning Application Drawings of the add-ons to the infant school Nyitnikék, located in the Kossuth Lajos street of the 20th district in Budapest.

Local regulation plan, Krautgarten area, Solymár
Our office - upon the request of Solymár Municipality - has prepared a preliminary study to lay down general rules for the regulation of the area Krautgarten in Solymár - intended to built in -, wich is located under the hill of the castle. A list of recommendations about the concept of the regulation plan and of the landscape development - both to be elaborated in the future - has been part of our task, including the design of the area's image and the subjects to be treated by the referred regulations. In this concept, it is elemental to integrate the existing connections of the area with its environment.
