Our job includes the outline building application documentation and the site coverage study as preliminary work of a plant's future change in function, situed in the 10th district of Budapest and owned by DOLIUM Woodworking and Barrel Products Ltd.Urban concept in the 15th district
This mission has been commanded by the local Municipality and it includes the modification of the Local Development and Structural Plans within the limits authorised by the Simplified Administrative Procedure, in regard to the Rákospalota-Pestújhely-Újpalota area.

Local Structural Plan of Maglód
After many years of work, the Local Assembly of Maglód passed through the new Local Structural Plan of the community. By this act, yet another chapter is closed in the process of the general re-examination regarding the Urban Development tools.Of course, the mission has not been accomplished yet, since we are still working on the new Local Regulation of Constructions and its Regulation Plan. 17/11/2011 |
